Munch your comfort foods and level up your Instagram game with this aesthetic café at the center of Kalibo.
Rading’s is a minimalist and Instagram-worthy café with light and airy concept and gold accent just like the aesthetic cafes in Seoul.
This pretty café is serving all-day breakfast, pastas, coffee, tea and snacks.
And nobody…nobody will definitely disagree that their nachos, pancakes, breads and Vietnamese coffee are “the bombs” in this hole which has become a popular hangout from young and old alike.
Their menu includes silog meals with 1 cup of rice, 2 eggs, veggies, your choice of meat, dessert, (price starts at P135) nachos with 3 dips (price – P120), tuna carbonara (price – P125), pizza (price starts at P320), caramel macchiato (price – P135), and Vietnamese egg coffee (price – P85)
START-UP
While everyone is having a hard year, the humble owner of Rading’s café is setting up a business during the biggest global pandemic – thriving, despite the odds.
Rading’s café started by making cookies for Frontliners during the lockdown in the province.
“Nag-umpisa kami kato padaea it mga cookies… sa mga frontliners, asta nag explore kami asta sa tinapay,” the owner stated.
After making some cookies for the frontliners they decided to start a bakery business.
Due to increasing market and customers demand — looking for a place to dine, the owner eventually opened a coffee shop and named it after her grandmother’s name.
